Delivery Times

We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package right to your doorstep.

Refunds & Returns

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your candle arrives damaged or you’re not completely happy with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll gladly offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund—whichever works best for you.

To start a return, simply email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll take care of the rest.
